Thomas J. Colbert, CLU, ChFC is the founder and president of Vista Financial Group, Inc. Thomas is a 1983 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. As an OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) for Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, he assists other financial advisors in meeting their compliance requirements and building successful practices. He is also a past-president of the Boston Society of Financial Service Professionals.

After growing up learning about how life insurance can help families find financial security, Michael Colbert joined Vista Financial Group in 2022. He works closely with Tom on office operations and with the Massachusetts Teachers Association. With Tom’s mentorship and guidance, he became a licensed life, accident, and health insurance producer in 2025. Michael studied Italian at Bowdoin College and graduated in 2016, and he subsequently earned his master's degree in 2022. Outside of his work, he enjoys reading, travel, yoga, and good coffee.
